Site analytics

We use privacy-preserving web analytics that do not set cookies and do not collect personally identifying information.

Call tracking

Phone numbers route through our affiliate network partner. Call duration, originating area code, and (sometimes) recording are captured for quality assurance. The lead passes to the independent licensed contractor handling your inspection.

South Carolina one-party consent

South Carolina is a one-party consent state for the recording of telephone calls under SC Code Ann. § 17-30-30 (the South Carolina Homeland Security Act, which governs the interception of wire communications). Only one party to the call must consent to the recording for it to be lawful. Where calls placed through the phone number on this site are recorded by our affiliate network for quality assurance, the network's IVR or live dispatcher provides recording disclosure at call connection as a matter of policy, even though SC law does not require all-party notification.

What we don't collect

We do not operate user accounts, do not store your name, address, or contact details server-side, and do not sell your information to third parties for advertising.
